In order to achieve their goal of innovation and meet the needs of their medical professionals, patients, and students, Keck Medicine contracted Zero Impact Solutions to launch 46 chargers across five parking sites in 2019. By retrofitting the hospital facilities with state-of-the-art EV charging infrastructure, Keck Medicine’s campus has been updated to cater to the needs of individual EV drivers for years to come.

Seeking to minimize their impact on the environment while simultaneously making a sound business investment, the Hoopa Valley tribal community approached Zero Impact Solutions about installing EV chargers at the Lucky Bear Casino. After securing funding for the tribe to deploy several chargers in the casino and hotel parking lot, ZIS installed seven Level 2 and Level 3 chargers at the site. After initial success, the community decided to add a further sixteen Level 2 chargers spread out at five other locations, which will serve facilities such as the dental clinic, hospital, tribal office, fire station, and police station.

With high gasoline prices continuously rising and more and more driver’s converting to EVs, small businesses like gas stations need to consider alternative streams of revenue. These 76 stations, located in Corona, City of Industry, Norco, Riverside, Moreno Valley, and Yorba Linda made the decision to do just that and contract Zero Impact Solutions to install chargers. Increased charging time compared to gas pump time means that drivers are more likely to enter and make larger purchases in-store, which provides site owners an excellent ROI due to the higher profit margin on food and other in-store items. Get ahead of the competition before you’re out of it entirely― EVs aren’t going anywhere anytime soon.
